Thank the Lord! We’ve made it to the countdown!


Only 6 days until we reach Haiti! Only 8 children still needing sponsors (of the 80 children we have prayed for). God has provided sponsors for 72 children!!! We pray He will move on the hearts of a few more people so that 80 children be sponsored for school by the time we leave for Haiti on July 3rd. If you or someone you know can help a child for $25 a month, please direct them to our website for more information on how to donate.


Praise God! Bibles have been sponsored!!


One of the gifts we will give to each of the families in the Merci’ de Dieu (Thanks to God) Village on our upcoming trip to Haiti is a Bible. Now, all of the families in the Merci’ de Dieu Village will be given a Bible, thanks to God working through a generous donor! It’s hard to imagine, but what if you didn’t own a Bible? The reality is most of us have multiple Bibles throughout our homes and access to God’s Word online and on our phones. This is not the case of many families in Haiti. Or imagine this, what if your family was given its very first Bible . . . and you couldn’t read it?

Due to lack of education, there are many adults in the village who are illiterate and can’t even sign their own name. However, as their children learn to read by attending school from a Mercy International sponsorship, they will be able to read God’s Word and share with their family!


Giving a child an education is more than learning basic skills and computations; it is to give them hope for the future beyond this world as they discover more of God and His ways. Please keep praying God will provide the remaining eight sponsorships! “Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen.” Ephesians 3:20-21
